About the Role

Metro Elite Transfer is a premium private transportation company specializing in airport transfers, cross-border travel, and luxury chauffeured services. We are seeking a highly reliable, detail-oriented Reservationist to join our operations team.

This role is critical to daily operations and requires strong communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage high volumes of customer and chauffeur coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer reservations via chat, email, and messaging platforms
• Accurately collect and confirm booking details (pickup time, locations, passenger count, special requests)
• Schedule and dispatch trips to chauffeurs ("farming out" confirmed trips)
• Coordinate directly with chauffeurs to ensure timely pickups and smooth service execution
• Monitor active trips and escalate issues when necessary
• Maintain professional, courteous communication aligned with a luxury service brand
• Ensure customer and operational data confidentiality at all times
• Follow internal workflows, pricing rules, and escalation procedures

Required Qualifications

• Excellent written communication skills (English required)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and bookings simultaneously
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
• Comfortable working independently and following structured processes
• Availability to start immediately

Preferred Experience

• Reservation, dispatch, booking, or coordinator roles
• Customer service in transportation, hospitality, or logistics
• Experience coordinating schedules or vendors
• CRM, chat systems, or booking platforms
